Wore this headband while riding the Munda Biddi trail in WA (16 Days MTB). It was both hot and cold during the ride and the headband came in very handy. Especially in the cold as I don’t need head coverage (Thick hair) it kept sweat and rain out of my eyes and my ears warm. In the heat it was great for keeping sweat out of my eyes, however I do like the neck/sun protection the traditional Phairo gives. Much better than others I have tried.
